DELIVERY
We offer free delivery of chairs in metro Melbourne.
Deliveries outside of metro Melbourne incur a delivery surcharge which will be shown to your at checkout. Please ensure you select the shipping that applies to your region or you will be required to pay the additional fee before your order has been processed.
All chairs delivered in Melbourne are delivered fully assembled. Deliveries outside of Melbourne are delivered boxed.
Our chairs are delivered direct from the manufacturer. As such, we are unable to provide a tracking number.
The ErgoBack, ErgoBack Mesh, ErgoBack Air and ErgoBack Drafting chair models are typically delivered within 3-4 business days. Other chairs and products may take up to 10 business days.
By accepting these terms and conditions you acknowledge and accept that all deliveries have authority to leave at your nominated delivery address.
WARRANTY
The warranty period for each product sold on our website is stated on the product page of that product.

RETURNS
Please note that we do not accept returns of any products due to change of mind. If you have any questions before placing your order, please either call us on (03) 9088 2003 or email [email protected]. Any refunds provided due to no fault of ours will be minus the original credit card transaction fee.

WARRANTY

The following terms and conditions apply for the warranty:
- For the purposes of this warranty, any reference to "we", "us" or "our" refers to The Ergonomic Physio and any reference to "you", "your" or "their" refers to the customer making a claim under the warranty.
- The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only. An invoice must be provided to us at the time you make your warranty claim.
- The warranty is offered by the manufacturer of the product, not by us.
- The warranty period begins from the day your product is delivered to your nominated shipping address at the time of purchase.
- All warranties are valid for standard and reasonable use only.
- Specifically for chairs, unless stated otherwise on the product page, or stated by us at the time of your purchase, warranties for all chairs are for standard and reasonable office use only.
- Specifically for chairs, the warranty covers mechanical defaults in the chair mechanism.
- Specifically for chairs, the warranty does not cover wear and tear to the upholstery, misuse, or damage caused by you or any other person or thing.
- If you make a warranty claim, we reserve the option to either (1) replace the faulty part or (2) provide a refund of the purchase price.
- If we replace a faulty part, you will have the option to either pick up the replacement part from our warehouse free-of-charge, or have the replacement part delivered to your nominated address at your expense. (Our warehouse is located in Pakenham. This is subject to change.)
- If we provide a refund, the refund is of purchase price, less any freight or delivery costs, or processing fees (2%), incurred by us in processing your order and delivering your chair to you in the first instance.
- If you make a warranty claim, we will ask you to provide photo and video evidence clearly showing the default. This is to make the processing of your warranty claim easier and faster.

- Include relevant photos and videos in the email, clearly identifying the fault.
