Tech Adjust & Ergonomic Sitting Desks
Tech adjust ergonomic sitting desks allow you to adjust the height of your desk in sitting (but not standing) to make sure you're sitting at the perfect ergonomic height for you. As such, they are perfect for you if you do the majority of your work in sitting, and therefore don't want a fully-fledged sit-stand desk, but you would still like to make sure that you are positioned ergonomically in sitting.
The height adjustability in sitting is important because the Australian Standard desk height of 72cm is either too high or too low for the majority of Australian office workers. Sitting at a desk for prolonged periods of time that is too high or too low leads to postural compensations, which can lead to long-term postural problems and musculoskeletal pain.
Our Tech Adjust desks have a height range of 59.5cm - 92.5cm, making them suitable for you if you are between the heights of 145cm - 220cm (i.e. basically everyone!).
We also offer a standard height office desk which is the Australian standard office desk height of 72cm.
