Concept Large Document Holder

The Concept large document holder is used to keep your reference documents organised and off the desk, and keep them in-line with your body and closer to your natural eye line.

The Concept document holder should ideally sit between your monitor and keyboard. This helps to prevent any unwanted neck rotation when referring to your document.

This document holder is extremely strong, with a steel construction. As such, it is ideal for heavy reference documents. It has a 23mm lip at the front edge which prevents your documents from sliding off the surface of the document holder.

The height and angle of the Concept document holder can be independently adjusted to suit your requirements. We recommend having it set to the highest height possible, with a slight angle, without obstructing your view to the monitor. This position brings the documents closer to your natural eye line.

Key benefits of the Concept document holder include:

  • Increases practical workspace on your desk.
  • Improves productivity by keeping all reference material neatly organised and easily accessible.
  • Helps to prevent excessive downward looking by bringing your reference documents to a more natural level. This helps to prevent neck and shoulder pain.
  • Encourages an ergonomic and natural posture by keeping all documents in-line with your body.
