The Docuglide writing slope document holder is a great tool to keep your documents in line with your body, improving posture, and allowing you to slide the documents out over the keyboard when needed to write on.
DocuGlide Writing Slope and Document Holder
The Docuglide writing slope is a great tool to improve the overall ergonomics of your workstation, providing an easy option to use the keyboard and make notes without leaning forward or rotating.
The Docuglide sits between the monitor and keyboard, just like a normal document holder. However, the difference is that the top of the Docuglide can slide forwards over the keyboard. This brings your notes closer to you when you need to make additional notes or write on your reference documents.
The Docuglide is the only writing slope that we recommend to our clients because when it slides forward, it doesn't come into contact with the keyboard. This is due to two well designed stops on the underside of the Docuglide which create a bridge between the underside of the Docuglide and the desk. It also can be simultaneously used as a document holder and writing slope, instead of needing to adjust the angle to horizontal before using the sliding function, like many other writing slopes on the market require.
Key benefits of the Docuglide writing slope include:
The Docuglide document holder has three height adjustments. We recommend that you use it on the highest setting for the most benefit.
It also has a raised lip at the front edge to prevent your documents fro sliding off the Docuglide surface.
Docuglide writing slope document holder specifications:
Dimensions: 495mm wide x 290mm deep
Height: adjusts between 125mm - 180mm at the rear (we recommend 180mm for the most benefit)
Colour: light grey
Material: solid plastic

Key benefits of the Docuglide writing slope include:
- Helps to prevent excessive downward looking by bringing your reference documents to a more natural level. This helps to prevent neck and shoulder pain.
- The sliding surface of the Docuglide brings your documents to you so that you can make notes, as opposed to reaching forwards or rotating to write on the desk. This helps to prevent lower back pain, and neck/shoulder pain.
- Increases practical workspace on your desk.
- Improves productivity by keeping all reference material neatly organised and easily accessible.
- Encourages an ergonomic and natural posture by keeping all documents in-line with your body.
